<description>Coleman was my dear friend, my union brother, my fellow dedicated Democrat, a admirer and friend of my wife Rae, a mentor to me as an activist, a stalwart dependable person I could go to in times of need or to receive advice, a dedicated father, and first of all a proud Teamster. I am very fortunate and proud to have been a friend to a sometimes ornery but always great union man.
