Yesterday, This Land Press revealed that Tulsa Police Captain Shawn King had engaged in sexual behavior while on duty. Videos and photographs obtained by This Land Press showed a man alleged to be King engaged in a wide array of extreme sexual behavior. The content included both documentation of King’s personal sexual exploits, at times while on duty and in uniform.

King’s ex-fiancee, Keena Roberts, found the material and attempted to report it to Internal Affairs and the FBI, with little results save for a 40 hour suspension without pay for King for an on-duty sexual dalliance with Roberts.

Now, after a private investigation and extended counseling sessions with a forensic therapist, one of Roberts’ children has stated that King repeatedly molested them over a period of two years. The child was under the age of consent at the time of the
molestations.

Earlier this afternoon, Roberts filed a petition for a protective order against King in Osage County through her attorney, Keith Bergman. Judge Gambill granted an emergency protective order on behalf of Roberts and her minor children until a full
hearing can be conducted. The date of that hearing is May 22.

This Land Press obtained copies of both the petition and the emergency protective order, which contain detailed descriptions of King’s alleged crimes. He’s accused of groping, kissing, and forcibly using his fingers to rape one of Roberts’ children,
a minor. According to the petition, these were not isolated incidents, but repeated violations that occurred over a period of years.

The petition also states that King repeatedly threatened the minor with violence. “He has threatened harm over and over. He has told all the kids that I would be dead or (the child victim) would be dead…”

Later in the petition it states, “We are scared of what will happen.”

The punishment for King breaking the Court order is a fine of up to one thousand dollars or imprisonment for up to one (1) year in the county jail, or “by both such fine and imprisonment.”

Finally, the order states “Possession of a firearm or ammunition by a defendant while an order is in effect may subject the defendant to prosecution for a violation of federal law even if the order does not specifically prohibit the defendant from
possession of a firearm or ammunition.

Roberts, along with family members and her attorney, are meeting with the Osage County Sheriff to discuss the opening of a criminal investigation.

King is expected to be served the emergency protective order today.

    WOW!! This angry ex just won’t stop! She has a history or acussing her exes of rape after rough breakups. It’s public record. Very sick to get your own kids involved though if u ask me. I hope DHS is investigating this woman.

    Common threat to an LEO fired.  The Protective Order if enacted will prevent an officer from carrying a firearm, thus getting him fired.

    Are you reading the actual story that you are commenting on? It says she brought it out because she was concerned about the well being of the other ladies children. He’s guilty or he wouldn’t have got that slap on the wrist. Why is she not afforded the same luxury of innocence?

    What difference does it make whats been done in the ex-girlfriends past.  This is about him & what hes done. He didnt deny having sex while on duty. You guys want so badly to bash someone, try bashing the right person, Shawn King. If your main concern is about an “estranged girlfriend”, then you have some serious issues…

    Why dont they ask Capt. King about the highjacking of Keena Roberts dads 75 yr old Jim Roberts 300,000 plus properties? When King was asked to leave he refused to sign properties that he doesnt and couldnt have one penny in. King decided that it was better for him to force old Mr. Roberts to forclose on the properties instead of signing them back over. The Roberts should make paperwork public. It is clearly a fraud also Jim Roberts bought Kings house in Mannford on a 1031 tax exchange because he was drowing in debt. This took place just in Sept.11 all the while King was “romancing” his “country club mistress” The Roberts had no idea until the “country club mistress” called Keena in Jan. she dumped King in Nov. King is clearly never going to tell the truth until he forces them to reveal all.

    JS/Guest….looking up info on the OSCN website? WOW, sounds like you need to get a life!!!!! All of this will be “fixed” in the courts. The truth WILL come out! In the mean time, Do something other then posting your “opinions” and “expertise” on stories you know nothing about!

    R.A. She reported the photos and videos to internal affairs and to the FBI when she discovered them. It seems she didn’t report the alleged sexual abuse to her child orginally because she didn’t know about it. The story clearly says that her child was in therapy recently and told the therapist about the abuse. She then got a protective order.

    The only thing that is interesting in these comments, is that Redfox1515 is actually Ms.Keena Roberts!!    Keenas comment is the first and only comment about indications of real estate being directly involved with her lies against King!!  (However her delusions of grandeur, the “300,000 plus properties” is a false and inaccurate number), also inaccurate and a flat-out lie, was “Kings house in Mannford on a 1031 tax exchange because he (King) was drowing (Keena must have missed many spelling classes at Skiatook High) in debt”.

    “eventually, Roberts learned that King had moved in with another family–family with minor children”, so out of “concern for the situation” Roberts submitted the laptop”.  (Although, remember, Keena and her daddy only reported private pics of the Captain and Ms. Kellerhalls)!!    Is that the same “family” that you keep referring to “having called you in January??”  The “country club mistress”?  (I am sure of this,  Keena speaks about “a country club mistress” and neglects to mention her husband,(very happily married for 20 years) and whom considers the Captain a close friend!!)  I wonder if there are phone records of who called whom?  and,  wonder if that conversation was recorded, when Keena spoke lovingly of the Captain, railed on and on about what a great father he was etc.  
    In this particular “article” of Keenas dream, Squashbaiter, and Masterbaiter were both posted, from now deceased Greyson,  Keenas only son, as was the link to MOTIFAKE.com.   Sadly, Greyson was brought into this set of lies and deceit as well.  2 of the”Guest” comments are also from Keena Roberts.  And “ForReal” is be a post from Kim, the neighbor.

    Yes!  I heard the same, TLP took Keenas money to publish her story.  Kline surely couldn’t be that desperate to bang Keena?  Keenas “bodyguard” that just quit, he had fun with Keena too!  He got paid greenbacks and from Keena being on her back!  Good for him!!   But listen fellas, all of you wanting to try out the Keenas new circus boobs, just know she has gotten pregnant 4 times on purpose, don’t think wouldn’t do it to you!!

Lucky for him he suckered someone to take him in as his own family and co-workers have left him in the dust…. The dude belongs in Laureate, not training TPD.
