Author Eddie Chuculate Takes on Tulsa

With a new book of gritty, Okie-based fiction from none other than Black Sparrow Press, native Oklahoman author Eddie Chuculate is poised to become our state’s Charles Bukowski.

Last night, Book Smart Tulsa sponsored Chuculate’s reading at the Ambassador hotel, which was peppered with plenty of audience interaction. From here, Chuculate is heading to the famed Iowa Writer’s Workshop, where a number of major American authors have launched legendary careers.
