Frank Roubedeaux takes part in an Otoe-Missouria pow-wow. In 1855, the Otoe-Missouria people were confined to a government reservation on the Big Blue River in southeast Nebraska. In 1881, they were moved to Red Rock, Oklahoma, Noble County, where the tribe is currently located.
