Josh Kline is a film reviewer and music writer for This Land Press. His writings have appeared in several publications including Urban Tulsa Weekly, Tulsa Today, and Infinity Press.

Kline’s work is marked by a savvy pop culture bent; his unforgiving critiques of everything from David Cook’s debut album to the perpetual adolescence of Tulsa’s film scene have helped him accrue a formidable stack of hatemail.

Kline has also written extensively on the state’s burgeoning music scene, with special attention paid to Tulsa’s indie movement. Along the way, Kline has interviewed a slew of nationally recognized acts, including Nine Inch Nails, Sonic Youth, M. Ward, Samantha Crain, Other Lives, Evangelicals and The Colour Revolt.

He is currently a member of the Oklahoma Film Critics Circle.
