Molly Martin grew up not wanting anything to do with the kitchen or cooking, but something changed about five years ago. Now, she sees herself as a modern day Fannie Farmer mixed with a healthy dose of M.F.K. Fisher. Molly loves dinner parties. In addition to managing and teaching cooking at Sage Culinary Studio on Brookside, Molly is the co-owner of Antoinette Baking Co. She also writes for Tulsa Food Blog and her own blog, TheVelvetMacaron.blogspot.com. Her favorite items to make are, madeleines, macarons and lemon curd. Molly lives in Tulsa with her husband.
