Katie Rain Hill is a commitment-phobe. She’s recently finished a degree in anthropology and sociology with a minor in psychology from The University of Tulsa, but she doesn’t want to worry too much about finding a career until she’s older. Something of a polymath, Katie models, writes, and has several television and radio opportunities in her future. Her long-term goals include getting a Ph.D., perhaps in the medical field. When she’s not studying or working on her novel, she likes rock-climbing and playing video games. Her essay “In Transit,” a personal reflection on her gender reassignment surgery, appeared in This Land: Spring 2016.
