Wesley Webb West was a pedal steel guitarist who played on over 6,000 recordings with 177 different artists. He played at the Grand Ole Opry and is a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame. In this segment, West recalls how he got the name “Speedy.”
David Teegarden was the drummer for Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band. He also played with J.J. Cale, Eric Clapton, and as part of Teegarden & Van Winkle. Here, Teegarden talks about his creative contribution to Seger’s music.
